In 2002 I concluded my seventeen-plus years working as a Director at the Academy of
Television Arts & Sciences. After serving as head of Activities, Membership, Board Relations, and community Relations for the Academy, I have now set my sight on a new
Horizon. Since leaving the Academy I worked independently on several projects including "The Women?s TownHall 2002: What Women Want for California," and The Los Angeles Women?s Appointment Collaboration where I served as President. Currently I am a Los Angeles County Commissioner; Vice President, Strategic Alliances for Women in Film; Board Member for the Secretary of the Air Force Office of Public Affairs Entertainment Industry Liaison; and, Member of the Advisory Board for First Lady Sharon Davis for the Governor?s Mentoring Partnership. I am preparing for the LSAT and completing my applications for Law School. I graduated in 1997 from UCLA
with a B.A. majoring in Communication Studies.
